Locally owned an operated by Rocco L. Vesace since 1988. Mr. Versace was born and raised in Rome, New York, he grduated from the University of Buffalo with a BA degree, and from St. Johns University Law School with a juris doctorate degree. Mr. Versace has been a member of the Optimist Club and is currently a member of the Rome Rotary Club and Knights of Columbus. Her served on the Board of Directors of the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chairman of the Board. He has been active in many community and church affairs including campaign chairman of the Rome Area United Way and served as Town Justice in the Town of Lee from 1981-1985. He is a developer of the Country Club Estates Development in the Town of Lee and owner of Rose Garden Apartments of Rome Inc.
We have 106 units of one and two bedroom apartments, and also have townhouses as well. We have garages and storage units to rent, if you find yourself in need of one.
Located in a beautiful part of historic Rome, New York, we have a City bus stop at our Apartments for those who need (or want, just for the fun of it!) to take the bus to anywhere in town. In addition to many stores, and restaurants, Rome has a beautiful Art and Community Center, Historic Fort Stanwix, a large library, YMCA , Classice Movie Theater, and a Zurich Cinema 8. Lake Delta State Park is only a 10 minute drive.
